and foremost, at Stocklink, we are process managers. We have to
operate under a set of rules and standards that we have agreed to
with our clients. Those rules can be changed at any time to suit
a changing business environment and we even have rules for when
there are
no rules!

We start with the basic receipt process and build a set of processes
and sub- processes to support all the logistics activities we manage
for a client from receipt through inventory management, order processing,
transport, returns and supplier re-ordering.
Our staff are trained to follow the process and an integral part
of our training programme is to give staff the big picture so that
they can better understand the consequence of not following process.
