We define our service offering in 3rd party Logistics by explaining that we are involved in Retail Logistics. This helps to distinguish us from other operators who focus, for example, on FMCG products being delivered into supermarkets by pallet load.

The majority of product we manage is delivered by a courier to retailers, consumers or product support staff such as office machines technicians.

The product ranges we warehouse are typified by high item counts and split-case picking and often require a number of ancillary services such as ticketing, re-packing, kitting and bar-code labelling.

Our service offering in this market is demanding for receipting, pick and despatch. Typically orders received by 3.00pm are despatched same day and today’s receipts will be available for pick tomorrow.

Most importantly, our clients are able to negotiate their service standards with us – not everyone is in the same market and we recognise that there are differing needs for each market.

Finally, our service can be "cradle to the grave". We can manage supplier deliveries, inventory, order receipt and processing, transport, returns and billing.
