Stocklink manages the complex forward/reverse logistics of promotions and competitions.

We are the experts at ensuring all required components needed for a competition are delivered on time, every time to your branches and outlets.

Once the promotion has started we are responsible for the fulfillment of replenishment orders. We then manage the return of all entry forms back to our premises, where we draw the competition (under security guard supervision) and distribute the prizes to all the required destinations.

The individual steps in a competition program can be as follows:

• Distribution of the initial display stands, entry form boxes, entry forms and supporting posters, along with prepaid courier bags.
• Receipt and storage for any prizes.
• Fulfillment of additional orders for entry forms and collateral as required.
• Notify all participants of competition closing date with instructions for packing up entry forms ready for pick up by a particular day.
• Returned forms are checked to ensure all participating outlets have returned.
• Set up display room for draw under supervision and arrange photographer if required.
• Prizes are drawn.
• Entry forms validated and winners contacted to ensure that delivery address is current.
• Prizes despatched to winners.
• Remaining entry forms destroyed.
