Our computer system offers extensive reporting capabilities with reports available in hard copy, .csv versions for spreadsheet analysis or .pdf and .csv files for automated e-mailing to key personnel.
One of the key elements to a successful 3rd party contract is to create greater visibility of product and activity status than our clients would normally enjoy using their own systems and processes. This is managed both in terms of information availability and, perhaps more importantly, timeliness of that information.
